• An account that has remained inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be marked as dormant.
• After the 12-month inactivity period, a monthly dormancy fee may be charged, up to the value of the balance left in the account.

• When an account is closed, pending withdrawals that satisfy the standard requirements will be reviewed and processed.
